These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Outlook MailDeck browser extension ("the Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
Outlook MailDeck is a browser extension that provides a swipe-based email triage interface for Microsoft Outlook Web. It helps you manage your inbox by swiping emails to flag, archive, snooze, or mark them as done.
New users receive a free 14-day trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Extension.
Prices are in USD. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Payment is processed securely through Stripe via ExtensionPay.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Extension, contact us within 14 days of your most recent payment for a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days are at our discretion.
The Extension requires a Microsoft Outlook Web account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Microsoft account. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your Microsoft account or Microsoft's services.

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Extension depends on Microsoft's APIs, which may change or become unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to lost emails, missed messages, or data loss.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
